From idea to reality HCDC recently completed Duplex Project in the City of Donna , Tx. Donna Housing Opportunities (DHO)owners of 3 residential properties offering 4 quality modern units, 2/2 on each property. Situated in the core of the city providing easy access to shopping centers.

Rental Communities
HCDC expanded in 2022, we gained 6 existing multifamily developments . Offering 329 quality affordable living spaces in Texas. Communities include Alamo, Alpine, Athens, Brady, Clifton, Hamilton, Harlingen, Huntington, Taft, Raymondville, Texas.

HCDC’s Mission is to offer enhanced affordable homeownership and rental housing opportunities to families/ individuals, First Time Homebuyer financing and technical assistant to community-based groups and entrepreneurs in the City of Harlingen and the State of Texas. Our efforts have led the development of new communities, job creation & retention, prevention of physical, economic, and social deterioration in inner city neighborhoods, and the improvement of quality of life.
